• What you enter in the "Delivered to you" form: first and last name, phone, LINE ID, delivery address, area, model of interest and notes.
• When you contact us on LINE, by phone or on Messenger: your name, contact details and the messages you send.
• When you buy or take an installment plan in our shops: the details on your ID card, a photo, contact details, address, contract and payment information.
• Website usage data (only if you press "Accept" on the cookie banner): pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and advertising identifiers.

• Contacting you back, delivering your device and providing the service you asked for — performance of a contract, or steps you asked for before entering one.
• Purchase and installment contracts, and collecting payments — performance of a contract.
• Keeping accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• Preventing fraud and keeping our services secure — our legitimate interest.
• Measuring the website and our ads (Google, Meta) — your consent via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.

This website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) cookies only if you press "Accept". If you press "Decline", Meta receives nothing and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. Your choice is stored only in your own browser. We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

• Service providers that help us run the business: Google (analytics and ads), Meta (ads), LINE (chat), Cloudflare (website hosting).
• Government authorities or courts, when the law requires it.

Google, Meta and Cloudflare may store or process data on servers outside Thailand. These companies apply international data-protection safeguards, and we transfer data under the conditions set by the PDPA.

• Customers who buy or take an installment plan: for the length of the contract and up to 10 years after it ends, in line with the legal limitation period. Accounting records are kept for at least 5 years as required by accounting law.
• People who asked a question or requested delivery but did not buy: up to 1 year from the last contact.
• Website usage data (Google Analytics): up to 14 months.

After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

Under the PDPA you have the right to: access your data and get a copy · have it corrected · have it deleted or anonymised · restrict its use · object to its use · receive it or have it transferred · withdraw your consent at any time · complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
